GreenAcres Living Memorial Parks,
United Kingdom

Greenacres, the UK's largest woodland burial parks group, sought to reposition its brand as a more discerning destination brand.

We took a view to move on from being a brand of 'quiet bereavement' to one of 'living connection and positive reverence.'

By reimagining burial grounds as 'Living Memorial Parks', the strategy celebrates life while honouring those who've passed, elevating both the brand and the category.

The new branding reflects the commitment to nurturing the natural environment to enable more people to live with loss more easily.

Summarising the ‘ask’ as a visual was an effective tool to get the pitch over the line.

“While the brand evolution is an output, the outcome is we have been able to re-engage our people, our customers and our consumers more accurately as a business.

We have a clearly articulated vision, and the tools required for real business transformation.”

The new descriptor streamlines the portfolio's naming, using 'Parks' as a consistent brand-aligned suffix that supports future expansion.

Chris Koller, Managing Director

“(Dave’s) years of experience, insight, strategic and creative know-how supercharged our team and ensured the output and product are world-class.

His style is easy, effective, and wise, and it was like having an additional business partner and confidant at the table.”
